I felt it was an amazing tool in really bringing clarity to working out who your ideal customer is. Are you too Embarrassed to take on a bookkeeper? As a sociable person, i love speaking to people. Part of my business is building up a relationship with my clients, i love listening almost as much as i love talking 😂. It's amazing what you find out, just by allowing people to speak freely. My intention is always to make people feel at ease. To allow them to communicate their worries, and open up about how they feel in their business. I'm very much a fixer, my brain immediately starts working on all the possibilities, what i can say to be able to put that person's mind at ease.. other than.. it's ok, we can work through this.  There are many things i hear when i first speak to potential clients.
