Are you too Embarrassed to take on a bookkeeper?

Are you too Embarrassed to take on a bookkeeper?

As a sociable person, i love speaking to people.

Part of my business is building up a relationship with my clients, i love listening almost as much as i love talking 😂.

It's amazing what you find out, just by allowing people to speak freely. My intention is always to make people feel at ease. To allow them to communicate their worries, and open up about how they feel in their business.

I'm very much a fixer, my brain immediately starts working on all the possibilities, what i can say to be able to put that person's mind at ease.. other than.. it's ok, we can work through this.

There are many things i hear when i first speak to potential clients. One of the most prominent worries i hear, is from clients stating that they are worried about the state of their filing system (or lack thereof 😓). My first thought is that who am i to judge? That isn't my place, as an accountant i am here to provide a service, one that a client pays for... one that should make their lives easier.

So i want to say, don't be embarrassed.. there is no shame in not being a bookkeeper - we all have our own skill set.

Who cares if your receipts are scrumpled up, fuel receipts overflowing from every cubby hole in the car, and invoices in various piles around the office/house 💁. Just collect them all up, place them in a bag or cardboard box if you have one 😉 and hand them off to us... there, weight lifted!.

Even if it's more worrying, and you have neglected your accounts for years, we can help get you back on track. No matter what kind of mess you think your in, we can help to organise it all.

Accountants are here to support and aid you in your business. Do not let a barrier so immaterial, stand in the way of you getting the support you need. Removing one of the many stresses of running a business, and freeing up some of your precious time. Allowing you to more space, actually and metaphorically, to focus on the aspects you enjoy in your business 😀
